As part of our efforts to combat global warming, we are promoting environmentally conscious manufacturing. We prioritize continuous upgrades for equipment that has a significant impact on environmental impact and productivity. In fiscal year 2021, we replaced an outdated induction furnace with high environmental impact at our overseas factory (Fujian Gao Yi Machinery Co., Ltd.) with high-efficiency equipment, achieving a reduction in electricity consumption of approximately 60%.

As part of our water conservation efforts, we are working to prevent water leaks. At many of our overseas plants, aging underground piping had led to leaks.
We are gradually replacing these aging underground pipes by bringing them above ground to prevent leaks.
